John Derevlany has been an investigative reporter, professional ukulele player, and a crime-fighting chicken named Crackers.  He has also created, developed, or written for more than 80 TV shows -- many of which were actually good! 

Series he created or developed include Wayside (Nickelodeon / Teletoons), Monster Buster Club (YTV / Disney XD / TF1), Gerald McBoing Boing (Cartoon Network / Teletoons), and Animal Jam (Discovery Kids / Jim Henson).  He was most recently Story Editor/Head Writer for Kid Knievel (a.k.a. Kick Buttowski) on Disney XD, and he wrote the pilot for Doki Adventures on Discovery Kids Latin America.

He is currently designing and developing electronic games in Flash and other platforms, as well as creating real-world interactive game events.

Derevlany is also known for his role writing and performing "Crackers the Corporate Crime Fighting Chicken" on Michael Moore's TV Nation (Fox, NBC), as well as being a co-founder of the seminal punk-rock ukulele band,Uke Til U Puke.
